I would give a zero if I could

First: It took nearly a month to get the Plush Bunny slippers. I get it mail is unpredictable now. Still. A heads up would have been welcome. The text I got that they were on their way took me back to 'shop on website' vs actually track the order.

Second: Please note the copy says: 'New Winter Women's Shoes White Plush Bunny Soft Faux Fur House Flip Flops'. What we got were slippers for a baby.

Third: In this website there is a 'Chat With Us' feature that is pretty prevalent. I have sent no less than 4 chats asking to return these baby slippers. If I knew a baby I would give them away but I do not. No response.

Fourth: All around lousy experience. I do not recommend slippers or site.
